Service Description

$25 Retainer fee to confirm requested appointment time is non-refundable. Description of all braiding services(for Hair & Beauty by amber)- ALL braiding styles include braiding hair, double shampoo, daily conditioner, blow out, braided style and accessories, (please notate braiding hair color and desired accessories in the notes when booking). Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. Should you arrive within the 15 minutes, you will be charged a late fee of $15. We understand that sometimes schedules change and life happens, therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you are over 5 minutes late for your appointment, $15 late fee will be added to total. If you are over 15 minutes late for scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If there is no communication from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”. Should you arrive within the 15 minute grace period, you will be charged a late fee of $15. We understand that sometimes schedules change and life happens, therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $10 fee will be charged, due at the time of reschedule, paid via invoice, Zelle (HairByAmber23@yahoo.com), CashApp, or FbPay. A deposit of $25 is required to hold appointment when scheduling any appointment.
